'Incredibly helpful staff even when our room keys got lost several times.'

'It was serviceable to what we needed. The property is mid-century modern without being quaint. upgrade from polyester sheets to cotton would be a marked improvement. There aren’t really very many alternatives in this market so we would probably stay here again. Restaurants are pretty limited. You have to drive 20 miles for a second choice and a sitdown diner.'

'Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were clean. No microwaves were provided in the rooms. The morning breakfast could be improved with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles. The pool was nice, the hot tub was fine. The sauna was good sized but there was no shower in the pool area to rinse off. Overall I would give the entire experience a 9 out of 10. '

'We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Spooner Riverplace Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient for our family trip, and breakfast made it easy to get back on the road the next morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value. We would stay here again.'

We sat on the couch and the first place we sat a spring was broken underneath it which was not a good thing right off the bat.
