'Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family.'

'De cottage is net zo mooi als de foto's doen lijken. Binnen tref je een heerlijk interieur aan, de banken zitten geweldig! Een enorme moderne samsung televisie waar we via onze samsung telefoon zelfs netflix mee konden kijken. Het huisje loopt mooi door. Van de hal, kom je in de keuken, via de keuken in de eetkamer en via de eetkamer in de woonkamer en via daar weer in de hal. De badkamer is ook beneden incl. toilet en boven is er gelukkig ook een toilet en een wastafel. Bedden waren al...

'A wonderfully quirky cottage, but with everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen; some of the comfiest beds I've slept in; big sofas for lounging on and a landlord who's quick to reply to questions. Ideal for a family - bedrooms are adjoining. Thoroughly recommended. '

'Superlage mit direktem Strandzugang, das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der freundliche Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Umweltfreundliches Verhalten wird begrüßt (Mülltrennung) Super Sandstrand, nicht voll, Robben können oft beobachtet werden!'

'The house is very nicely furnished with all facilities in excellent condition, the games room is a big plus and my son loved the pool table and table tennis.Walk to the beach in around 10 minutes and there are 2 pubs with restaurants within a couple of hundred yards of the house.In short we had a wonderful Easter weekend stay.'

'A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back. '
