'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

"This is a very old , outdated building that didn't have any maintenance or investments for decades. The so called kitchen is empty, no cutlery, dishes or whatsoever. Bathroom was dirty. Mousse in the building!"
