'A wonderful weekend'

'We loved the resort and there were many things to do. It was very clean. Our room was perfect and very clean, however the toilet did run continuously the entire time. I can’t really complain bc we didn’t report it. The main issue was the fire alarm that went off during our first afternoon. The alarms were blaring and it was saying to evacuate immediately, which we did take the stairs all the way down. We got to the lobby level and nobody seemed to know what was going on. 'Clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. The only things were the AC was a bit wonky and the one luggage cart we got at check out was horrible, it definitely needed some wheel maintenance as you couldn't hardly steer it with out hitting the walls.'

'Housekeeping never came after complaining for 3 days about hair in the sink and tub during my wedding weekend.'
