'Room smelled like weed, ac didn’t work, ghetto'

'The hotel was really nice more comfortable great pricing!'

'This was the cheapest room available and that was noticeable… The first room had an incredible dirty bathroom, after discussing this with the front desk, we we’re offered a new room. This was the handicapped room. Unfortunately this bathroom wasnt much cleaner. Later the evening we found out that one of the showers didnt work… On the positive side; we had an early flight, before breakfast started, but we we’re offered some fruit and coffee by the kind lady working the early monring front desk...

'Staff was very kind and helpful, the lady went the extra mile in helping me!!'

'I had a great stay at this hotel! The property was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again!'

'The beds were terrible. I can put up with a lot, however, the beds were so bad I slept on the floor on the sofa cushions. I slept about an hour. Both beds were so bad even my 13 year old grandson couldn’t sleep and 13 yr old kids can pretty much sleep anywhere. I will never stay at another Springhill Suites again.'

'The hotel environment was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was efficient. I had a lovely evening at the bar and breakfast was delicious.'
