'Our 2nd flight got cancelled so we were stranded in Dallas. We showed up to the hotel with 3 kids and just a little bit of our stuff since most of our luggage was checked! The staff was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. They gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite room so we could check in a few hours early. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Kindest staff ever and super open to upgrading us and being personable. The rooms were clean and great. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it.'
