'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'.
As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'Super Cute. Super CleanHost was easy to communicate with and answered quick with no issues. It was perfectly located for the event we were in town for. Parking was easy and secure. Personal preferences for me would have been having TV in the bedroom. At the end of the day it’s nice to be able to lay down and watch TV before bed, but like I said that’s just a personal preference for me. Overall 10* and I would highly recommend this little place. Thank you for the hospitality! '
