'Great place, near everything and great customer service!!'

'Great stay! House was large, clean and really functional. Hot tub was fantastic.My only suggestion is changing the key code to get in to the renters phone number. I locked myself out two minutes after getting there when the door swung shut. All my belongings (phone, car keys and dog) were in the house. Luckily the sliding door near the hot tub was open so I was able to get back in. Otherwise, great stay!'

'Excellent host communication and coordination. It's a great rustic bilevel home (2 Br in basement) that's well appointed with equipment (treadmill, massage chair and hot tub) great woodburning stove and newer awesome hot tub. Home is unrenovated yet comfortable with great mattresses, and perfect for a landing spot if skiing Killington or other outdoor activity with or without kids. Thank you Doug! '

'The living area is bigger than we expected, and we loved watching the horses next door. It's a short drive to downtown Rutland, and it's quiet. '

'We stayed for 3 nights in early Feb '24. Great location, nice neighborhood & property w/ comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stock w/ plates/glassware. The place was clean - the kitchen floor could use a mopping. The firewood needs better protection, it's damp & doesn't maintain a burn. The back sliding door doesn't lock - a 2x4 is used instead. The major issue is the radiant floor heating isn't sufficient it takes too long to adjust. We were very uncomfortable & didn't get much sleep...

'Location/proximity to Killington is awesome! A few minutes drive from the parkland lot at Ramshead. The community kept the roads and parking lots plowed well. Communication from the host was excellent. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 3 (2 adults and 4 yr old) and exactly as described. Great spot to relax after our days skiing! We would definitely come back!'

'Great place to stay and helpful only problem was the wife didn’t work on our phones or the tvs so we had to use our hotspot on our phone but they did try and help also very close to the mountain think 7 minutes or so '

'We had our crew of electricians stay at Dan & Holly’s home, and overall they had a great experience. The guys really enjoyed the hot tub, and the house had everything they needed during their stay.The only downside was that the listing mentioned there was AC, but unfortunately there was not. The crew ended up sharing a box fan, and since the windows didn’t have screens, they just made the best of it. I didn’t find out about the issue until after they had already checked out, so there wasn’t an...
