'Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. 'We had a wonderful trip! Although small, the rental was great for my husband and I. Everything was very clean. Although the canal did flood during our trip (which was a concern of mine) it truly wasn’t an issue. The water never reached the rental itself and was very easy to navigate around. Beach access is just a very short walk away! Would definitely book again!'

'I concur with all of the positive reviews which are accurate in their descriptions. The bed is a great couple’s bed, super comfy. We loved having the whole of the large bottom deck to ourselves for breakfast in the morning, and glasses of wine at night. As of June, 2026, both cell service and WiFi aren’t great, so I recommend downloading everything (playlists, maps, movies) ahead of time. As most everyone has correctly mentioned, Debi is a fantastic and thoughtful host. We’ll be coming back...
