'I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!'

'Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and...

'The host is friendly. It is a peaceful place. As other guests reviewed we heard footstep noise from the main floor. But they did not bother our sleep time. Dog’s footsteps are so cute. We liked many toilet papers, towels and others are on the closet. The lint from the towels gets on our face and body after wash. The bed is too comfy. We do not need to find the AC control because of the room temperature was comfortable for us. I enjoyed the Nespresso. Easy check out! Thank you '
