'Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. 'We had a great time at this cottage. If you've never been to Nags Head/South Nags Head before, there is a road running parallel to the beach, and then some roads running perpindicular, with 3-6 houses. This is one of those types of "neighborhoods." So while you're not "beachfront," so to speak, you're not crossing a streat to go to the beach, just like the description says. For me, its' the best way to get the beach front experience in an affordable way. It was just a very short walk past one...
