'had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Joe at the front desk. He was welcoming, personable, and gave us great lunch recommendations since the hotel doesn’t serve lunch and there wasn’t food available to purchase at the pool. The nearby restaurants he suggested were excellent and delivered quickly. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!'

'This is a unique property well located in downtown Greenport. The beds and linens were comfortable , slippers and robes available. There is parking available but it can fill up especially later in the evening. Also unique in that the front desk is not staffed -there is a phone number to call for service and check in . The phone is answered promptly and they were friendly each time I called. They provided coffee and ice water in the common area . Lots of restaurants with in walking distance...

'The views are amazing! The breakfast was a great perk. Short drive to town but you really don't need to leave the grounds with bar/restaurant/beach/pool all there.'

Hotel room was one of the priciest but condition was worse for wear (dated bathroom with stained tub, chips and cracks in wall, furniture and such, rusty bikes with flat tires, etc.). That being said, the room was spacious with a private deck and the daily breakfast basket was a cute touch. Entire place needs a renovation.
