'Property did not live up to the photos we saw. The property was freezing when we went in and there was no thermostat to control temperature. Only a couple space heaters. After communicating with Vacasa, we learned the unit above us is where the owners live and they control the heat. They told us they would try to get in touch with them but that is ridiculous to even think we can’t control our own temperature. 'Das Tulip is just a few feet from our favorite breakfast place, and only a short block away from all the shopping and fun. Betty's store is even closer if you need to pick anything up. We used the hot tub each night, beds were relaxing, and large couches. Our annual visit is always booked with Dad Tulip. And the property owners make sure you have codes the day before check in, and plenty of towels and toiletries. We're hooked!'

The only few suggestions we have are to provide better directions to the property as google did not take us to the property and even the security gate struggled to find the right directions at first. 'The apartment itself was lovely and I appreciated the coffee for our stay. Please consider adding a sign/wreath/decoration to the front dooor that says “Alan’s Apartment “. It was very confusing to find the right door. Beautifully furnished and wonderful bed. It’s difficult for someone with my mobility issues to go up a 10 stair stairway holding onto warped banisters.
