'What an absolutely pleasant surprise to see the lodge after driving down the hill. It’s nestled in the woods and is just darling. Inside is beautiful; welcoming and warm, clean and our host kelly was the best. Loved chatting with a few of the guests in the morning over coffee. Beautifully curated antiques fill the common area. Our room upstairs was just what we needed; nice and cool, super comfortable bed with fabulous sheets that felt luxurious! I can’t wait to go back.'

'We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was absolutely huge—plenty of space for all our friends and family to spread out comfortably. Every room was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed.The lake was beautiful and clean, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and just relaxing by the water. The pool was a huge bonus, especially for the kids (and adults!) to enjoy during the day.We spent a lot of time in the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook big...

'Good our party’s ages ranged from four years old to 76 years old and there was something for everyone to love. The activities in the basement were perfect in case of bad weather, the bedrooms accommodated everyone, and the pool and outside kitchen was a useful bonus. '

'We had a family reunion with 9 adults and 6 kids, ages 7 and under. This place was absolutely beautiful. Well stocked cabin with everything you need, except, of course groceries. It is beautifully decorated. The bed swings comfortable and relaxing. We played in the river and to the Shoals. It was so nice and relaxing you didn't need to leave the cabin. '

'We enjoyed our stay. There were many activities available to keep the entire family entertained. We really appreciated the tubes and kayaks that were provided. Ian and Sara were great hosts. And fortunately we did not kiss the bear Ian. However we probably could have hand fed all of the deer!'
