'Good space for an overnight stay. Location is noisy, but hey, it's Jersey City. Convenient location and walkable to a quick bite to eat.'

'Was a nice quite place and neighborhood. Check-in was very easy. Great wi-fi and they have all the streaming services. Close drive to a reasonable priced parking garage to take the train to the city. '

'Exactly as listed, upon arrival we unloaded and went right to the city. The next morning we noticed there was only one coffee cup and no dish drainer. The host was contacted and within no time new coffee cups and the dish drainer was bought. The host was very easy to work with and allowed us in 3 hours earlier than allowed. Highly recommend a stay here'

'Het contact met Peter verliep heel prettig en het appartement was erg mooi en schoon. Een hele mooie uitvalsbasis om New York te bezoeken. We hebben genoten. Ook de voorzieningen in New Jersey (winkel, restaurant en markt) waren prima. Fantastisch verblijf gehad en we bevelen deze accommodatie zeker aan.'

'Such a good neighbourhood. Beautiful houses and Hoboken is a good place to relax from after a busy day at New York. The owners of the apartment are very nice and living upstairs. It felt like we were locals living here. Maybe one tip for Micheal, it would be nice to have some drinking glasses and mugs in the kitchen. But that's all we can think of.. 'L'appartement était conforme aux images et à la taille annoncée (75m2). Nous sommes arrivés, le ménage était en cours, (gênant mais pas grave). Du coup, ils se sont un peu trop pressés. C'était pas terrible.Mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et ça n'a pas duré. Il a aussi été très sympa et arrangeant pour l'heure de départ.Facile d'accès en Path, l'entrée à l'appartement est facile. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés globalement la location tous les 5.On aurait aimé pouvoir fermé le puis de...

'Good place to stay for buget minded travelers .'

'Place was nice and clean. We had an issue with stairs and host got it fixed quickly. If renters don't tell the host of issues found they won't get fixed. Host was great getting item fixed.'

'Overall very satisfied with the exception of the air not on when we checked in and extremely hot and we did not have wash cloths. All minor issues, but worth mentioning.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Ozzie’s appartement. The three airconditioned bed rooms are great! There’s a direct bus to New York which is very convenient and usually takes between 20-40 min (depending on traffic). Ozzie recommended to walk a few minutes to the coast and enjoy the beautiful skyline of Manhattan which we did and definitely recommend as well!'
