'When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. The unit was clean and nice and comfortable but the AC did not work thank god they had fans and the...

'Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. '

'We enjoyed an overnight stay here during two ski days at Loveland. The property was well managed and maintained. The condo had a washer/dryer, fireplace, dining table, fully stocked kitchen, two baths, pull out couch and one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub after skiing. The kids enjoyed the rec room and made friends with other vacationers. Carry out options nearby for food were excellent. We enjoyed playing games in the living room and dining in for meals....

'Ondanks de hoge prijs is dit zeker waar voor het geld. Ontvangst was warm en leuk. Het appartement was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad en bubbelbad netjes en prettig! Kleine 10 minuten wandelen en dan zit je in het zeer leuke dorp! Dit resort ligt wel op bijna 3000 mtr hoogte! '
