'Our stay at this home was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, we entered the home to a refreshing colt temperature as the a.c was left on prior to our arrival. The house was immaculate, and well taken care of. I am already looking into booking for a future rental for our family vacation. There are a lot of stairs from the home to the dock so be prepared if you are using the dock. Also needed to place a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent my little one from going up. It is pet-friendly with an efficient layout, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with radiant heated flooring, comfortable beds and thoughtful accoutrements. 'I was fortunate to be the first one to stay here. There is a nice little town of Brandon about 9 min down the road. I'd highly recommend the River Pub and Grill if you want to eat out, the steak sandwich was fantastic. If want to cook for yourself, grab some groceries at Hannaford grocery store, they had quite a versitile selection to choose from.
