'Cute beach house literally steps to the bay and super close to the ocean side. The best of both worlds. The host truly made our stay wonderful. I've stayed in several great VRBO properties but this host was the absolute best. Great communication, helpful suggestions, and the house had everything we needed (and more!).'

'We loved the location and the availability of parking. The host was very attentive. It was a great place to go with our old dog who can’t climb stairs. We loved being able to walk, jog, bike, and dine without ever moving our car.'

'I had a smoke detector die in my room and start beeping around 8 at night. I called the front desk, they said maintenance was gone and they didn't know what to do. They first told me to take the battery out. I refused as I was not physically able to climb on the chair and reach the detector. Furthermore, it seems like a poor idea to instruct your guests to remove the batteries from safety equipment. I called again and pressed for an answer. They said there would be someone coming at 11 pm who...
