'This was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was walking distance to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with all of the fun restaurants and activities. Mission Beach was so close to our front door we could walk bear foot to the beach daily. We were excited to find boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! The bed was super comfortable and we listened to the ocean at night with the windows open. I highly recommend. '

'Great property! Great neighborhood. Very walkable. Just steps from beach or bay. Only downside is limited parking. Only one spot in the garage of the unit. Other parking on the street (difficult) or in the public lot next-door (expensive); but that is the case in most beach cities. Overall, we had a very pleasant trip!'

'This was the perfect little getaway spot! The home was spotless, recently remodeled, and had everything we needed. The location is amazingly, just steps from the boardwalk and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Having parking included was a huge bonus and made everything so much easier. 'Wonderful family week at Seagirt! Loved walkability to beach and Mission Bay. Owner supplied all our bedroom, bath, kitchen and beach needs. Super-detailed, clear communication. (Noisy construction, but not owners’ fault.) '

'We had a lovely visit to our beloved Mission Beach. This property is right on a quiet sidewalk between houses on both sides rather than on a busy street. We only had one request of the host while we were there and they responded and took care of us within minutes. '

The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need. '

'We spent 5 nights here with our San Diego kids and grandkids for a family getaway prior to school starting. There were 9 of us in total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home, very open, bright and nicely furnished and decorated. There were plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels and bath towels. Kids really enjoyed all the bikes, boogie boards, and location practically on the beach. Erin was quick to answer any questions, and everything was a breeze.'
