'The hotel was great. But we had a late flight that didn't get us to the hotel till after midnight. I had asked about a late check out and was told there would be a few and we could only find out the morning of. Which defeated the point. We were getting ready and the housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 am to ask if we were leaving. His report told him we had already checked out. So much for a little extra sleep. The breakfast was cold. But at least the coffee was hot. I would stay there again...

'The woman who greeted us upon arrival was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our very spacious, well-designed room looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent! The food was hot, and they served a large variety of very tasty food options! The room was quiet outside, of a common hotel issue of loud A/C systems.'

'Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. '

'Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'
