'As soon as we checked in she checked us in wrong , a simple check in took 1 hour, receptionist stated she was never trained, No pool was available and not listed when we booked that it was under maintenance, we got locked out of our room and they could not give us a key! Called cops and made moves bc as soon as cop got there a key was made! The halls were hot molded. Breakfast was very poor for the mine we paid. Never again!! Sorry but not sorry'
