'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'This is a small private motel located Lin the countryside approximately 2 miles away from downtown Stratford. It is extremely quiet with a secluded pool that is warm and inviting with a comfortable water temperature. The rooms are reasonably large with all modern amenities, including large, flat screen TVs, refrigerators and Kurtis coffee machines. Though the building dates from an earlier time it has been meticulously maintained and the staff is dedicated to the comfort, quiet and privacy...

'- Great staff. - Restaurant was also very good with fair pricing - Rooms where clean and well maintained - Bathrooms very immaculate, not a single speck of grime to be found, also very modern - Great central location, half a block from the Avon theatre - No parking on site, there is parallel municipal street parking but at a cost, free municipal public parking lot a few blocks away, the walk is quite nice as you get to walk through the neighborhood.'

'Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.'

'The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Avon Theatre. The room was small but big enough to move around in and comfortable. The bathroom was also small but a comfortable size. The bed was good. The staff were nice. The air conditioning worked well. I had to jiggle the handle of the toilet to stop it from running and make it refill. After our show we met Bruce, the owner and he kindly showed us our room and explained some of the amenities the inn had to offer. The room, despite being on the smaller size, was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed was quite comfortable as were the two chairs. The shower had decent water pressure.
