'Paid for upgraded on booking to have a nicer room. Was nothing like what was depicted in photos. Room was filthy and covered in dust. Was told room I booked was sold out. Would not stay here again. '

'The hotel is well located. However the checkout time of 11.o0 far too early. The TV is located diagonally to the seaties and to the bed as well. You need to stand in front of the table to watch directly. Having said that the staff is very helpful and customer focussed.'

'I reserved a deluxe room, but what I got was a small room with a double and single bed, there was no handle on the bathroom door and when the shower was on, there was a huge puddle on the floor, Servicing the room is just pull the sheets up, no stock up of anything. What you see on the website is not what you get'

'Power points not working. TV remote not working. Stove cook top dirty. Electric blanket didn’t work as power points not working. Smoking putts on footpath outside doorway. Can opener dirty and didn’t work. Kitchen window wouldn’t close as no lock. No plug in kitchen basin to wash dishes. Kitchen rubbish bin lid broken couldn’t shut lid. Bed was comfortable.'

'Staff were helpful, and very accommodating of our later arrival. Room was as expected for the price we paid. Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip.'
