Luxe hotels in North Shore Sydney

'We had a fabulous stay at Taronga Zoo Resort. Everyone was was knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was beautiful and the zoo was extraordinary! Just like the ads show, we had a Koala outside our window in our animal view room. I highly recommend staying here and taking the personal tours offered.'

Parkeren in garage, erg makkelijk. Personeel uitstekend.'

'Nice clean and friendly'

'Neat, clean, tidy, comfortable close to everything you want or need. Great location and even better view.'

'Staff, kitchen reception were absolutely helpful and obliging. Nothing was a problem. Food was delicious and so fresh. Ishika was outstanding. We were delighted by her helpful and friendly service. She is such an asset to these premises.'

'Prima kamer!

'Not the greatest experience, the room was tiny fir a twin share, the amenities were bleh. It was over $500 a night and felt like a buck fifty. I'll try somewhere else next time.'

'Fair pricing and very friendly staff'

'Convenient location and efficient checkin. Unfortunately room had a strong, pervasive stale cooking smell (old oil and curry) I guess from the kitchenette which was unpleasant and got into clothes / hair etc. Room and facilities were ok - but this made the room nearly uninhabitable and we were glad to leave.'

'Place is right across the street from train station, which is convenient. The apartment is a bit outdated and has a big musky smell but it was comfortable. The parking is a bit tight. Place offered penty of supplies for cooking or doing your washing. Overall it was nice.'

'The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here.'

'I stayed here for 1 night with my family on the way back to the Gold Coast. It was chosen as I lived in this building nearly 20 years ago and I wanted to show my children where I lived before they were born. They were extremely excited - until we got into the apartment. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation over the years and none have even come close to how horrible this property was. Before we arrived, we got an email with all of the rules - for the most part they were...
