'Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. 'Stayed while walking the N Wales Saints Way. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable and an additional heater and a fan were available. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options. Evening meal (the salmon) was excellent! '

'De internetprijs bij gebruik van eigen laptop was hoog, en bij gebruik van de hotelcomputer maar liefst het dubbele! Het ontbijt was ook heel duur, maar wij hadden gelukkig ons eigen brood. Het personeel was aardig en de kamer was voortdurend in orde. Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam, en het hotel staat in een rustige buurt.'
