'Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. '

'I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. 'The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is located on slightly higher grounds, and looks out on the centre and is walking distance from the sea-side promenade. The room was comfortable but a bit cramped. The building is old, so it can be noisy, however since most other guests there are elderly there were no noisy drunks late at night!
