'Qua locatie een goed verblijf. Het was een zeer ruim appartement/huis, maar niet proper en wat afgeleefd. Wij waren met 5, maar de 5e slaapplaats was een doorgezakt inklapbed, er waren maar 4 stoelen en maar 4 vorken. Verduistering was ook kapot. Parking was merendeel van de tijd niet beschikbaar (wel betaalparking op wandelafstand). De andere verblijven waren volgens mij niet aan toeristen verhuurd. Geen aanrader voor reis met gezin.'

'The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...

'La segunda habitación, solo es un sofá cama. Informe que iríamos 4 personas y solo me pusieron 2 toallas. Los sartenes para cocinar están en mal estado. Son solo algunas cosas. Después de ello el acceso fue fácil. La estancia sin problemas, buena ubicación. Muchas gracias.'

'It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile. '

'Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.'

Lovely apartment. … note not suitable for anyone with access/disability issues as steps up to front door … tiny lift then further steps up to rooftop to access apartments … then lots of steps in apartment . The communal areas (entrance /lift) need better maintenance/cleaning . Apartment spotless (external windows could do with a good clean) Had everything you could need . Great comfortable beds . Fully equipped kitchen . Lovely table/chairs . Good WiFi...

'Mooi en ruim appartement, centraal gelegen in de stad. Heel nette badkamer en keuken, voorzien van het nodige. Je moet wel zelf op tijd contact opnemen voor de check-in instructies, dat is nogal onduidelijk.'
