'For the price you get exactly what you need. If you're looking for a 5 star resort to spend time in your room this is not the place, I don't go to the beach to spend time in a room I go there to spend time outdoors. Like all places in real estate location location location it was perfect. I plan on returning next year.'

'Super friendly staff. Bare bones motel but the kids all loved playing in basic pool. Overall very good experience. Extremely great location right next to the boardwalk, piers, and Dunkin!'

'This is an older motel that has very recently been renovated and it looks brand new inside. The furnishings are clean and new, the bathrooms were great! Large flat screen tv in room. No continental breakfast is provided, but there is a microwave and fridge in the room, plus you are on Atlantic Ave which has plenty of restaurants and diners very close by. Great location, beach is right across the street. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioner unit was loud when it went on and off.'

'Rooms were close to boardwalk. Parking options were great. Must request housekeeping 24 hrs in advance which we did not need. Also if you are a smoker, you cann9t smoke on the property, which was not a deal breaker for me, but my mom was not pleased by the nonsmoking on the balcony.'

'Determined for you not to use a third-party booking so if you put down a special request on a third-party booking, they will not honor it. Also they recommend that you wear these plastic bands around your arms so that they know that you belong on a property it’s like going to the water park with the wristbands'

'check in 4 check out 10am, the reception smells weird, the spa is not working, cob webs on light fixtures by elevators, no coffee, no shampoo in room, the room was not so clean, we found a piece of meat on the floor next to couch upon arriving, mold in the A/c went and bathroom.housekeeping did not come to our room not once, we had a 3 night stay. bed frame was not proportionate to mattress. floors to the rooms slippery due to small buckets holding the water drip from A/c and overflowing.
