'when first arrived was given a room. when I entered the room, I went to turn on the a/c, and it wasn't working. The wall where the a/c was plugged in was torn away and dangling. I went to the front desk, and they told me that I didn't know how to turn it on. so, they sent the repair man to the room to show me how to turn it on. Even the repair man said that the whole wall that the a/c was plugged into was blown. It was 97 degrees out I wasn't going to stay in a room with no a/c. I had to beg...
