'This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. '

'Booked this hotel specifically for the room with a whirlpool tub. When we arrived, we noticed they were doing construction outside as there were 2 large lifts taking over half of the parking out front. Once inside, we could see they were doing complete a complete interior renovation. When checking in, the clerk told me that our room was on the 4th floor and that it was the first to be renovated. 'Het hotel ligt op een drukke locatie, waar ook bijzonder volk rondhangt en in het hotel overnacht. De gehele nacht is er lawaai. Zowel buiten als binnen door gasten. Ontbijt hebben we overgeslagen, omdat dit zeer beperkt was. Voor sneller wifi moet je extra betalen. Was een verrassing, omdat dit niet vermeld staat. De omgeving geeft geen veilig gevoel.
