'Overall the staff was great. We did ask some staff we saw for towels since the pool area had none. The EVS asked a staff member we could not see who mumbled something we could not hear, she replied to them “she’s standing right there” to which I heard from unseen person a very loud annoyed sigh. That was the only rude person. The ladies at the counter were great as well as the man who maintained the breakfast.'

'Staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered was super nice. It's not a 5 star type hotel, but its more than worth the price. I've stayed at every similarly priced hotel in the area, and this one is far far better, in every way, than any of the others. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.'
