'The restroom conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. Additionally, the water park was significantly overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the limited meal options, subpar service, and poor bathroom conditions, the pricing is not justified. Definitely looking for other options for our next trip.'

'Best experience. The staff were tremendously helpful and supportive. We received tremendous help from Venessa and Samantha for kids and family. Breakfast is good. But one thing to mention - only pork items - no chicken/ turkey in 2 days. Overall great 😃'

'Beautiful and clean hotel steps away from historic La Villita and the Riverwalk. Very nice room appropriately appointed with a city view and near rooftop pool. Excellent desk staff, whom provided good information about hotel amenities and was quick to resolve a few service issues brought to their attention.'
