'Checking in and out is very problematic. We arrived at 4PM but the reception was closed. Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!! Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...

'Clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking. Guests get a discount at the bistro/pub on ground floor when staying with them. Overall good value.'

Michelle has also set the heat for us, so it was nice and toasty when we arrived. Very pleasant stay. Will stay again. '
