'We were very impressed with the hotel. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast also had a lot of choices.'

'There was no breakfast bar. The hallways were cold and the parking lot did not have ice removal with salt upon check in. Overnight it snowed and the lot remained unplowed at checkout of 11:00. That was disappointing. '

(Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right.
