'Booked room and arrived to find rooms were double booked. Clerk would not honor price at adjacent property owned by the same company. Ended up leaving to find other lodging. Was billed through Expedia and when refund was requested, they claimed I had stayed at the property when I had not. Spoke with the manager "Jessie", the following morning just to share the experience and maybe they could use the experience to improve their process and customer experience. 'Visting my Dad for Thankgiving week and had a pleasant stay. Very quiet neighborhood and lovely decor. Short drive to stores etc.. Will use again in future. '
