'My biggest complaint was how noisy the place was. Easy to hear doors closing, cars starting outside and people talking in the hallway. Some of this was due to inconsiderate guests but most was the property condition. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not what other hotels provide.'

'The staff was extremely helpful. The room and facilities were very clean. We could not have asked for a better experience.'

'Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location.'

'The hotel was located in an industrial area. It is older. The staff was pleasant. The room worked for sleeping sort of. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. The hot water pressure coming out of the bathroom sink was low and the water never got hot. The shower worked. The breakfast was great! '
