'Overall, we would stay here again, but for the price we expected a better experience. • The hot tub pump was so loud that it made it difficult to relax. The hot water also ran out. • The TV system was confusing to operate with two separate remotes. • The room felt pretty small for two adults. That said, the golf course and scenery are absolutely beautiful, which is why we still gave it 4 stars.'

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '

'Checking was great, but checking out somehow was not done. my family left at 10:30 AM but by 3PM we were some how still checked in. Had to return for a lost item it was never returned. I still have not received my security deposit back.'
