'The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.'

'For a cost effective place to crash and park your car it's great. Overnight security walking around AND the Indian Restaurant right next to the building 40 steps away is spectacular ! Third time I have stayed here in last 3 years. Beds firm but rooms are comfortable. I travel a lot for business at many nicer hotels, this one is perfectly acceptable at the price point. I will be staying again.'

'Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and they were helpful with suggesting public transportation to get to Downtown Seattle. The room was great for the night. My only conplaints are that we did not have hot water to shower with and the frost on the bathroom window was peeling. I dont know if there are people who live behind the building but it made me uncomfortable that someone would have the ability to see in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and staff at Beston. I would stay...

'Overall a great location in a bad part of town. The hotel is more of a motel - it can’t help the area around it has become seedy. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Surprisingly comfy beds!! On site laundry which we did not use but was very popular. If you don’t mind staying a night or two in a less desirable area, you’ll have a decent stay here. Only 20 minutes from Pike Place.'

'No complaints. Basic, spacious room, nice-size tv, fridge and microwave, clean and quiet. Room was as pictured. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location as just two turns off the I-5, and not far from Mountlake Terrace park and ride. I just needed a place to sleep and didn't spend much time there, so it worked for me. I will be back. Thank you. RECOMMENDATION: anti-slip mat for the bathtub, as it was very slippery. '
