'Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. '

'Stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip. Really handy location, close to the train station. Safe and secure area, quiet. House was clean and tidy but a good bit in disrepair like kitchen cabinets and drawers in the bedroom. Overall 4/5 as completely functional and good communication with the owner '
