'This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!'

'Hotel is prima, kamers waren wel redelijk verouderd en in bed voel je de veren heel erg. Ontbijt en service was goed.'

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '

'We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. There were no towels in our room, we had to request these via the doorbell. There was no bottled water as advertised. The room was not very clean - there were cobwebs on the wall,...
