'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'For the price that I paid I was absolutely well pleased with this place! The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the place itself is light, airy and very clean!
The room itself is lovely and relaxing, the bed was nice and comfortable and to boot, the property was in a small courtyard area away from the Main Street, so considering you’re slap bang in the middle of Nottingham, there’s very little noise throughout the night!
Genuinely one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in! Highly recommend '

'Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay.'

'The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked.'

De lift daar en tegen was niet zo goed, het duurde telkens veel te lang voor dat ie op je verdieping was en de speakers in de lift bleven bij elke verdieping maar aangeven dat de deuren open en dicht gingen. Na een paar dagen woed dat heel vervelend.'

'Outstanding! I will most certainly be staying again when I’m working in Nottingham, I’d actually go as far as saying it the best hotel room I have stayed in for years. I like the code entry, no person waiting around for you. The self catering mini apartment is fit for all needs, was lovely cooling for myself and sitting on the sofa watching streaming services on the smart tv, made it a much more comfy stay than if I’dv been couped in my hotel room elsewhere as I was there 2 nights. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '

"Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep.
My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room."
