De kamers zijn klein, maar schoon. Het geheel komt een beetje gedateerd over, maar is perfect in orde.
Het ontbijt was was gewoon goed, niets speciaals.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen.
Het hotel ligt wel een eindje van de dorpskern van Akakura, toch zeker 15 minuten wandelafstand.

I love their displays of art and the maps of the local area. The breakfasts were splendid and the host worked to accommodate the dietary needs of one of our group.'

'The hotel is located 15 mins between Myoko and Madarao either way. Excellent location for checking out multiple resorts and scenic view of the lake. Breakfast was consistently good and the set dinner was surprisingly good too. Gotta hand it over to Chris and Maggie who made the stay so memorable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your trip needs—from pick ups/drop offs, restaurant bookings, and tons of recommendations. My group of 6 had a blast'

'Only the couple managing the property, doing all rooms and check in and dining. So be patient. Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs.

'The servuce was 1st class from the first moment till the end. This was a highlight to our monthlong trip. Such pride in proving excellent everything. The half board option is so worth it. What a missed opportunity if you don't. The owner is so nice and lovely. She will greet you and make you feel at home.'

'Loved our experience. Only issue was the bed was not enough mattress for us but maybe others would not take issue. Other than that everything was a 10/10. Food was unique and delicious, service excellent, clean and of course the Onsen’s we so fun. Beautiful little town.'

De kamer werd niet standaard schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken moesten we vragen. 7 nachten verbleven. Helaas had het hotel geen bar of andere verblijfsruimte."

Rest van faciliteiten okay en ontbijt goed. Baliemedewerkers waren mijn boeking kwijt wat meer dan een half uur heeft geduurd om het op te lossen.
