'This is a nice hotel with a great staff. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise in the evening hours at bedtime. The wait staff for the outdoor seating of the buffet are great, but the constant whistling is very bothersome for someone with hearing disorder. One reviewer mentioned this is a good place for an "older crowd". Far from true. Not a quiet place if you want to unwind and relax.'

'Upon arrival they took about 15 mins just to check me in, when there were about 7 staff members standing behind the counters not helping anyone else. Once I was helped they rain a bell and said someone else will finish the check in to give me more information. That person was not available so they finished my check in without completely giving me all the information about the hotel. There were no staff walking around pool or beach area offering drinks or food as other hotels offer. Pool bar...
