'We were disappointed. We didn’t have hot water to take showers before we headed out. There was an issue with the water heater. Secondly the wifi service was awful and unstable.'

'Be careful when booking this hotel. As per Wyndham’s policy, they only do a full room cleaning every 3 days. During our stay, we had to repeatedly request extra cleanings, but these were not always done — and when they were, the quality was disappointing. The biggest concern was cleanliness. Our baby found a medication tablet behind the bed and put it in her mouth. Thankfully, we noticed it right away and were able to remove it before anything serious happened. This was a very alarming...

'I was forced to vacate the unit due to credible death threats made against me by an occupant living next door. The property manager was notified of the situation. Prior to my departure, the neighboring occupant physically assaulted both me and my service dog. Due to concerns for my safety and wellbeing, I had no choice but to leave the premises'

'The front desk clerk and staff were excellent. With that being said, the property and rooms we stayed in were gross and dirty. The hotel is next to a derelict and abandoned hotel. The hallways were dirty, the carpet was dirty in the halls and in our rooms. I was actually surprised at how bad this property looked considering it’s a Holiday Inn. Do not stay in this place, you can get a much nicer room elsewhere.'
