'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We very much enjoyed our stay at Aulani! Our room was very clean, the cast members were very friendly, we loved seeing the fab 5 in their tropical outfits but best of all we enjoyed our view of the sunset while sitting at the beach at the resort.'
