'The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,...

'My friend and I came for lollapalooza. We got here a bit early for our reservation and thankfully the lady upfront was able to get us in. The room looks great. A simple plain room. We have room service every day we stayed. The breakfast was good. The pool was good too, it’s four and half feet deep. Definitely staying again.'

There is a little trail behind to row that comes out right across from mini-golf. Our grandkids loved all of the amenities of the lodge, and the cost to use those facilities was reasonable. Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution.
