'Small but cute little downstairs home. Location was awesome with only a short walk to beach which was wonderful for our 2 kids and took advantage of their beach tags another plus. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed as well. Overall the street was quite and parking in area was easy which is nice. Had a minor issue with the cleaning crew which I spoke to owner about but overall, it was a great experience and it was extremely wonderful they were pet friendly. '

'We had a blast and the property was a big part of our amazing weekend. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and have TVs. The set up is great for a large family to hang out and have fun. '

'My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!'

'The home is clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer were not available on the premises as indicated. The kitchen supplies were very basic. This made cooking for the family a challenge. It needed dish towels, pot holders, baking trays, a colander at least. The kitchen cabinets were incomplete, as shelves were missing and a door came off the first time we opened it. This was a new renovation and it appeared that it was rushed to be ready for the season. The bedroom closets had no poles or...
