'What a great place to stay especially with dogs. Friends and family enjoyed the yard which was fronted by beautiful gardens! The kids found toys to play with from 2 y/o to 17y/o. Everything worked great. Little extra hospitality Items made it feel like a five star hotel and the location was PERFECT!! Definitely coming back!'

'It is a nice place to stay.'

'My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!'

'Great location and amazing space for a mother daughter getaway!'

'Can’t wait to return !'

'First I want to say how well the host communicated and how responsive they were. Even at off hours, someone called us back within 20 mins and everyone is very friendly. Customer service is definitely A with this host. The house was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It felt like home away from home. 'Just what I expected. An old tutor in good shape for its age. Not fancy, but quirky and fun. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Nice common areas for all to gather and close to the beach!'

'We had such a wonderful week at this beach house. The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location. Super close to the boardwalk and beach. The host answered all questions was very quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family reunion.'

'Small things matter: coffee pods stocked well each day made mornings smoother than expected here.'

'This was perfect for 2 people who want to be close to the beach.'

'Great location and property! Great host and look forward to future stays here! Host was the best!'

'Maintain a better cleaning. Consider parking at least for two cars after that all excellent...😍'

'Lovely quaint condo/apt . The day of my stay was the night of the recent hurricane so we didn’t get to enjoy the large outdoor deck . But the next day was sunny and the location is perfect . Close to the beach and stores . Will def stay again '
