The cottage itself was a small studio style and it had a beautiful ocean view and was reasonably priced and perfect for a little romantic getaway.'

'Perfect little getaway. I loved that they had a game room that had a toddler kitchen with all the play food to go with it plus a ton of other fun games for kids and adults. Good location. Close to beach and grocery store. Cant wait to plan our next trip'

'Awesome retro style. Large living room and great views. Bedrooms are nicely appointed. However, the deck needs some maintenance. Plants are dying from lack of water, the railings have a lot of mold and lichens, and the decking could use some work. There is also a lot of street noise when sitting on the deck, but you cannot hear it while inside. The main bathroom shower is difficult to maneuver due to the walk-in tub for seniors. In addition, I was charged a different price than originally...

'Very interesting property and location. The neighborhood is quite run down but this house is fixed up pretty well. It’s a marshy area so the vegetation growth is immense which gives great privacy. If you entered from the rear driveway you’d never know about hoopty places nearby. Because of humidity we had to air it out when we got there but no big deal. Yard was amazing and would be great for a young family of 4-5. '
