Ongelooflijk ruime 3 BR Beach Level Home, Designer ingericht en A / C

Dit is een verbazingwekkende drie-slaapkamer-eenheid, in een prachtige triplex, die precies op het strandniveau ligt. Er is een grote woonkamer die uitkomt op een terras aan het strand, een keuken met granieten werkbladen en alle benodigde apparatuur, plus alles wat u zou kunnen vragen om te koken voor uw groep. Er zijn twee zeer ruime slaapkamers, beide met ensuite badkamers en een extra mediakamer met een volledig bovenbed met een onderschuifbed en een flatscreen-tv. Er is ook nog een half bad in de gang. Deze accommodatie heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een geweldige vakantie aan het strand! Er is voldoende ruimte voor het hele gezin. Er is een P128-2 met 2 slaapkamers in hetzelfde complex, een perfecte aanbouw voor extra slaapplaatsen! Draagbare AC-eenheden zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar.

Extra parkeren is mogelijk op ons kantoor in Oceanside, gelegen op 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Wilt u het strand bezoeken, dan moet u bij Oceanside zijn. Er zijn tal van watersporten om aan deel te nemen, zoals vissen, surfen, bodyboarden, paddle boarding en meer. Naast het strand heeft Oceanside ook een grote selectie van plaatsen om te bezoeken, zoals het Oceanside Museum of Art of Mission San Luis Rey.

Great time!

Visited here for a family vacation and had a great time! Maybe a 3 min drive to the beach and a 5 min walk. Very close to the pier! Had an issue getting into the room but the property manager responded within seconds. Overall great time!

Overall, our stay was ok. The condo and location were great (that kind of goes without saying).I'll start from when we first arrived after having this booking for a couple of weeks ahead of time. We unload our vehicle and are anticipating to have a parking spot in the garage (on a lift) as stated on the listing and all of the check in materials. We were left with no information on how to operate the lift, nor given the code to be able to operate it. After calling the office for help, they stated they were sending someone out to give a tutorial and provide the code. 2 hours of standing in the driveway waiting for said person to show up, I receive a text stating that "someone showed up and because no one was home they had to come back at a later time and to feel free to find a spot on the street to park." - This was a Saturday night and the streets were packed. Once we were settled in we found two separate seating areas that had (what looked to be) buggers smeared on the wall - we then avoided these areas. On day two the people above us left so the cleaning crew went in to clean the above unit. This led to the washing of the front glass. Dirty, soap water was spilling over to our patio below as we were in the hot tub and seated on the patio. I've tried countless times to communicate with management and see if there was a way for them to help rectify our experiences, also to have a conversation even before me posting a negative review but still have heard nothing back.

Reviewer Comments: The good.. - The view was beautiful and we saw dolphins jumping around in the ocean- Wonderful location and in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. - Very spacious unit with all utensils, spices, towels, etc. needed for your stayThe not so good... Interior: The unit is very beat up. It needs fresh paint, there is a hole taped up on the kitchen ceiling, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the AC units were taped into the windows with duck tape and lastly there was something that look like blood on the bottom of the trash can. It just felt neglected and in dire need of updates. Exterior: The hot tub feels misleading it was soft with no where to really sit making it an uncomfortable arrangement. The parking was also extremely challenging as the garage door did not open from the outside (maintenance said it was a known issue) which was very problematic since you needed to open/close constantly to park in the underground parking spot. Also, thankfully we had a small car, but it seems irresponsible to not warn ppl they would be parking in an underground spot as the alternative would mean we would to have parked outside of walking distance from the unit.

Home away from home

What we loved most about staying in a house/condo, as opposed to a hotel room, was the freedom we all had to be in our own rooms, sleep & wake up whenever we wanted without disturbing any family members, and having a place where the kiddos could play outside while we watched them. This place was impressive! We were very lucky to be on the bottom floor - which is something I should have investigated better - because kids running around would have disturbed renters below, if we had been on any floor above. The amenities that came with the bottom floor were amazing! We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and immediate access to the sand, where the kids loved to play! The only issue was the tricky parking situation with the elevator cage. Everyone seems to have the same problem with it. My son had to have several people guide him into the cage because the car mirrors had to be closed for the car to fit, making it difficult to navigate backing in. Our rental car was so long, it almost didn't fit! Needless to say, we didn't drive anywhere until the last night. We found parking on the street so we didn't have to deal with it again. Other than that, everything we needed was provided! We truly felt like it was our home away from home, and we would definitely rent here again! :) I have also referred several of my friends to this property.

+ clean, excellent view, walking distance to the beach, staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, relaxing hot tub, convenient store and restaurants close by - no privacy with neighbors above and beside you, beach access is right through your back patio, phone reception very poor, unable to use baby monitor through the walls, 1 car parking only (although easy to find parking on the street)

Very nice condo with plenty of room. The pier is about a mile walk. There is a small market a couple blocks away. We walked to restaurants by the pier and on the main drag. It’s a short walk to the beach.

Very spacious and all the household amenities are all in place so there is nothing to worry, just enjoy your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was at beach level - right on the ocean. The waves were crashing on the rocks in front at high tide. Be aware that there is no beach directly in front of the house; the water runs right to the rocks. However, there is beach access within several hundred yards, and the city pier is 8 blocks away - a 10 minute walk.The property was modern, clean, and in excellent condition. It is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils. The bedrooms contained king, king, and standard beds. The kings had ensuite bathrooms. Only the master BR had a closet. Evidently, in Oceanside you can call a room a bedroom even though it doesn't have a closet.There were a couple minor maintenance issues: the lights on the microwave above the oven were burned out; and the fan in the hallway bathroom stayed on only about 30 seconds regardless of what the timer was set at. The issues were so minor that they didn't warrant calling the property agent, but there was no form for feedback to note these issues.The most frustrating shortcoming was that there were no written instructions for anything on the property. Although many items of interest (checkin, checkout instructions, trash location, house rules) were posted to the mobile app, nothing was written and collected in a notebook, such as one finds in hotel rooms. For those of us who don't have our nose stuck in a phone all the time, this was inconvenient, to say the least. There were absolutely no instructions for operating the TV and cable box - either written or online. I had to call the management company to find out how to tune in ESPN! This was totally unacceptable. The parking lift utilized by unit #3 was somewhat of a pain. It took extra effort to park the car in the garage. Finding a parking spot on the street was not difficult, although guests are discouraged from doing so.In totality, a very attractive accommodation, with some minor vexations; enough bring my overall rating down to 4 stars.

Oceanfront Bliss

This property is gorgeous and very enjoyable. It was so exciting to have a front row seat to the ocean waves crashing against the rocks. Our bed was super comfortable with nice bedding. The hot tub, propane heater and bbq worked well. There aren't a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, but they do deliver. No food (coffee) in the unit except for spices. For the first couple of days, we had no internet, but when we were finally able to contact the management company, they repaired. The garage parking for this unit is tricky and complicated. It is a cage/lift that goes underground. We had to call the management company to instruct us how to work it. I suggested that they develop a video to send to guests, pre-arrival.

Great home with minor issues

Overall the experience was incredible. Location was great and cleanliness of home was immaculate! We had 7 people staying in the 3 bedroom however one bedrooms bed frame was missing a few slates causing an uncomfortable sleep. We had to move the mattress to the floor. The following night instead of using the room we used the side sleeping areas in the hallway. For the price of the rental we would hope to use the bedrooms properly. I submitted a request using the VRBO app and never heard back. Other than the bad sleeping arrangements and sore backs the home was a great place to stay .

Mixed feelings

I wanted to love every moment of this trip and I tried to stay positive the whole time. With that said the hot water expansion tank busted at 4 AM and flooded our condo. I’m thankful my husband is a plumber because he was able to find the leak and turn the water off. It took maintenance 2 hours to get there. Being up at 4 AM on my vacation really killed one of my vacation days. The hot tub had a leak in it. Maintenance came out and there was nothing they could do. It also really didn’t get hot enough. We followed the instructions and kept the top on but it still wasn’t the best. Our unit came with a parking lift for our parking spot. our car rental barely fit! Besides all of that the unit was great, it had everything we needed lots of space, perfect location but the price we paid I expected more or some type of compensation for the flood and the leaking “hot” tub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with their wifi service. House phone was not working. There was a good amount of delay when we called for service to check on the wifi and phone.

I love this company but it wasn't the best stay

Great location!

This rental was clean and confortable with everything we could need. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the waves crash on the rocks right on front of the property.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay. The house was as described and we were very comfortable throughout our time there. We definitely would love to stay at this location again.
