Als u op zoek bent naar een airconditioning, mooie professioneel ingericht voorzijde uitzicht op de oceaan huis dat zal trekken de "Wow!" van jou als je binnenkomt, heb je het net gevonden! Gelegen in de strandgemeenschap van Oceanside, Californië, tussen de Cape Cod-stijlhaven en de Oceanside-pier ligt dit prachtige huis met uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit bijna elke kamer.

Het huis ligt op loopafstand van de haven en de pier en het strand ligt op slechts een paar stappen buiten uw achtertuin poort. Dit unieke strandhuis beschikt over 4 eigen parkeerplaatsen (2 afgesloten parkeerplaatsen en 2 opritten).

Gerenoveerd en ingericht als een modelwoning, het heeft overal prachtige meubels. De familie kamer heeft een gigantische 70 inch high-definition-tv met surround sound.

De drie grote slaapkamers zijn compleet met luxe kussen-top king-size bedden. Twee van de drie kingsize meesters hebben volledige uitzicht op de oceaan. In de derde koning slaapkamer kunt u genieten van je 's ochtends koffie in uw eigen prive-uitzicht op de oceaan patio. Het strand / surf thema kinderen stapelbed kamer voor 4 personen en heeft een eigen gevoegd bad. Alle 4 slaapkamers hebben een 46 inch flatscreen-tv's.

De drie badkamers zijn prachtig ingericht in een combinatie van graniet, travertijn, zee glas en marmeren tegels.

Geniet van het koken in de goed gevulde gastronomische keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen, witte metrotegels, 2 grote koelkasten, Viking professionele kookplaat, stille vaatwasser en oven, en niet te vergeten bijna alles wat u nodig zou kunnen hebben om een geweldige maaltijd of drankje op te kloppen (niet dat moet je doen want er zijn verschillende geweldige restaurants en bars ... zelfs een ijssalon etc op loopafstand!

Op het grote terras met uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan, geniet van 180 graden uitzicht op het witte water. Ontspannen en genieten in de zon op de ligstoelen. Genieten van de geluiden van de oceaan en genieten van een tropisch drankje onder twee grote parasols of gewoon genieten van buiten dineren met uw gezin. Achtertuin onderhoudend wordt versterkt door de grote roestvrijstalen gas-BBQ.

Vijf beach cruiser fietsen zijn beschikbaar voor uw plezier tijdens uw verblijf. Een twee-zittende 'Radio Flyer' wagon is ook beschikbaar om ofwel winkelwagen items naar het strand of neem de kleintjes voor een rit! Andere voorzieningen voor uw gebruik omvatten het strand handdoeken, stoelen en parasols, evenals boogie boards en veel zand speelgoed voor de kinderen.

Perfect place for our family reunion

We searched for a place to celebrate our 40th (wedding) anniversary with our daugthers en their families. We evaluated more than 100 houses on different websites. We choose for this one and it indeed turned out to be the perfect location: roomy deck with a view over palms, beach and ocean, stylish interior with enough space voor our party of 9, natural cooling by the sea so temperature was perfect and a lot to do and to see in the environment. Although we spent more for a week rent than we did the last 40 years, it was worth every dime!

My family (54,53,27,25,and 22) and I recently stayed at this AMAZING home for a long weekend. The views were to die for. We watched a surfing competition from the deck AND watched dolphins playing in the waves on multiple days. The home is beautiful, quiet and has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and well stocked. You are steps from the beach and a short walk to the harbor. EVERYTHING is close by. We had two cars, but honestly walked most places. The OWNER is the kindest person. She checked in on us as we traveled and made sure we got in ok. Three of our favorite restaurants were Lighthouse Oyster Bar & Grill, Stratford at the Harbor and Toasted! But the home has everything you need to eat in if you so choose. While we didn't have great luck Whale Watching, seeing the Dolphins from the deck made up for it. Oh and the snacks on the counter were a blessing after a long travel day! I highly recommend and hope I get to go back soon!!

Our stay at this beautiful vacation home was amazing! Diane was extremely helpful and informative prior to even arriving at the house. Communication was very quick and efficient. The home is stocked with everything you would need both in the house and at the beach. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The view of the beach from the deck is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the house is well thought out, both design and function. All of the TVs, furniture, bedrooms, and restrooms were in great condition. We would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for the perfect location, hosts, and house to stay in Oceanside!

The host was amazing with detailed instructions on arrival, home operations, and departure. The extras they provided upon arrival and detailed suggestions on local businesses were appreciated. They were responsive when needed but did not interrupt our vacation.The home was perfect and as described. The living room and deck were our favorite places to enjoy the spectacular views. The large window and glass deck railings allow great visibility. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the beach equipment and towels were very helpful.Location is great with a nice flat, sandy beach an easy walk out the back gate. It's in a quiet, residential area with friendly neighbors, but still walking (or biking) distance to both the harbor and downtown/pier area. With traffic, downtown SD is a 45 minute drive, but we mostly stayed on the northern beaches (La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad) the few times we left Oceanside.

House sleeps 10 very comfortably. The back patio views are some of the best in Oceanside! The house has everything you need to cook, entertain, and enjoy your vacation. 2 garage spaces really helps and the garage is stocked with everything you need for the beach. Everyone loved the beach cruisers and wagon to help haul things to the sand. 10 out 10 experience at this property! We will be back!

A Great Place to Stay!

Our family of nine, ages 4-74, stayed in this lovely 2 story home for a week. We were thankful for the off street parking for 3 large vehicles. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked, updated kitchen. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. We spent hours on the large deck with a view. Also, the cool ocean breezes kept us comfortable. We rarely used the air conditioning.

Incredible host

I can not say enough great things about the hosts Diane and Mike. Excellent communication and very attentive before and during our stay. This property is in a great location. So close to everything you would want to do or need for a visit. We were there for 6 weeks and appreciated all the little things that were available to us at the house. Great home for families with kiddos and also for adults. The view from the deck was the best. We spent so much time just watching and listening to the ocean. Great outdoor space for large family dinners. This home gave our entire family the space to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Ideal Location

We stayed here for Ironman Oceanside, and this was the ideal location, both for the race and just to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. Plenty of room for our group and lots of care went into ensuring that everything a beachgoer might need was at hand. Simply hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the view was amazing. Diane was an excellent host and addressed an issue with the glass shower door same day. Her communication was top notch. When we come back to Oceanside, this will be our preferred house.

We loved our stay in Oceanside. Diane was a fantastic host. The property offered even more than anticipated. We had absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and all of the other things needed to make our trip comfortable. The beds were all comfortable as was the furniture. Plenty of seating for all of us in our party at nine. The view does not disappoint. The location is great The harbor is right around the corner. A beautiful stay

Our family does a vacation every year for a long weekend in February to make sure we all stay connected. There were seven of us this year, and every one of us loved this beautiful condo by the sea. The view is spectacular overlooking the ocean as we sat on the deck facing the beach. The house is arranged so that there are four bedrooms with their own thermostats. Open windows or sliding doors to hear the waves at night. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics. Lots of cooking utensils and tableware to accommodate everyone. We walked to the harbor to eat. Excursions leave from there as well. Highly recommend this place, and we would love to stay here again!

2025 Girls Weekend Oceanside

It was perfect. There were a few things - there was a very unpleasant odor in the garage, there were no extra plastic bags, and no extra towels in one upstairs bathroom. Thos3 are such little things compared to how wonderful the house is.
