'I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. 'I grew up on Long Island but no longer have family there. Derek's house was the perfect place to stay while visiting for the weekend. 'The property itself is just as described. It was clean and we really appreciated that. The cleaning staff was great!! They were kind enough to give us one more day of coffee supplies. 'Me, my husband and 13 year old son came from NC to visit my mom who is sick. This location was close to everywhere we needed to go in Brooklyn. The accommodations were nice, clean, quiet, no issues with parking, and had everything we needed for toiletries. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again.'
