'The Bridgeway Guesthouse was formerly my favorite place to stay in Jinja. Now, their system of reserving rooms is terrible -- I booked via this site and the Bridgeway did not recognize Orbitz and thus I had to pay again in person; I was put in a room that was not the one I booked, and a subsequent night I stayed, I was put into a different room. The next morning, I saw someone kicked out of their room so that other customers (equally dissatisfied with their original placement) could have his....

'Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out.'

'The place was horrible, light in the toilet was not working and no mirror. The place is very noisy, no WIFI and breakfast was just toast and jam.'

Terrible communication from hotel and zero viable resolution offered from staff. Very frustrating '
